We stayed here with our large family and pets while visiting the nearby Biltmore Estate. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made a huge difference considering the amount of people and animals we had with us. Enjoyed our time at the small fitness room with its treadmills and bikes while the kids played in the lobby.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more pet-friendly outdoor spaces for families with children.

I had a really comfortable stay at Sleep Inn Asheville Biltmore West. The room felt spacious and clean. The king bed was super comfy, and I appreciated having extra pillows. The mini-fridge in the room was a nice touch. The shower pressure was good too, with a decent-sized walk-in shower. One downside was the heating unit. I found it tricky to adjust the temperature just right, which left me warm during the night. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles, all tasty. The location worked well for me. it was a bit away from main traffic but still easy to get to Biltmore and downtown. Staff interactions were limited, but the front desk was friendly enough when we checked in. Overall, I’d recommend this place for a good stay without breaking the bank.

Great location and service!
We stayed here for a wedding and it was super close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was really nice and made us feel at home. Our room was clean and comfy, though the bathroom setup was a bit weird with the sink outside. The breakfast had tons of choices, which we loved! Just wish the parking was a little easier.
